Note:
If a problem of deflation or a tire puncture is detected, when the tire is significantly damaged and is not suitable for repair, it is necessary to replace the wheel with a spare one.
Hyundai Creta comes standard with a full-size spare wheel on a 16-inch steel rim.
In modern cars, there are 2 types of spare wheels:
- full size;
- compact "dokatka".
The compact spare tire is much narrower than the stock wheels. Its side surface is marked with the inscription TEMPORARY USE ONLY (only for temporary use). This type of wheel is intended only to get to the tire shop. It is not suitable for long term use.
As a rule, the "stowaway" is marked with the designation of the maximum allowable speed.
Warning:
Be careful: when using the spare wheel, do not exceed the speed limit of 80 km/h.
