Crankshaft:
1 – a gear wheel of a drive of a balancing shaft;
2 - oil channel;
3 - counterweight.
The crankshaft has 5 necks and 8 counterweights. Crankshaft bearings reduced in width to reduce friction. An increase in manufacturing accuracy and a decrease in the surface roughness of the shaft journals made it possible to reduce friction. The balance shaft drive gear is mounted on the crankshaft. The crankshaft is forged steel.
