Transmission housing and torque converter:

Disassembly
1. Loosen the guide bush and remove it from the transmission.
2. Remove the pallet.
3. Remove the oil filter.
4. Turn away bolts and remove the AT electrohydraulic control unit.
5. Remove the flange.
6. Press out the radial oil seal, remove the gaskets, snap ring and press the ball bearing out of the transmission housing.
7. Remove the gasket.
8. Turn away a bolt and from the case the hydrotransformer and transmissions.
9. Remove the transmission housing from the torque converter housing.
Assembly
1. Lubricate with sealant and insert the Teflon rings all together into the groove.
2. Install the gearbox on the torque converter. Align brake discs B2 and B3.
3. Wrap bolts.
4. Measure the clearance between the parking brake pawl and the ball bearing. It should be within 0.3-0.5 mm.
5. Install the gasket, press the ball bearing into the rear of the transmission case.
6. Install gaskets.
7. Install the radial oil seal into the transmission housing.
8. Install the flange.
9. Establish and tighten bolts of fastening of the AT electrohydraulic control unit.
10. Further assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
