Parts and consumables:
- Brake fluid (DOT-4 type)
- rags
Note:
The same fluid is poured into the reservoir of the master cylinder of the hydraulic clutch release as in the master brake cylinder.
The reservoir is installed on the main cylinder of the clutch hydraulic drive on the left side of the engine compartment near the bulkhead.
Clutch tank.
1. To add liquid to the reservoir, turn the reservoir cap counterclockwise and remove the cap from the reservoir.
Note:
The tank is labeled "MAX" and "MIN", in the range between them there should be a liquid level.
2. Gently add fluid to the tank up to the “MAX” mark and screw the cap on.
WARNING:
Contact with brake fluid on wires, plastic or painted parts of the body can cause damage. Therefore, always place clean rags when pouring. If liquid comes into contact with these parts, wipe them off immediately with a clean cloth.
If the level of the working fluid in the tank is constantly decreasing, then there is most likely a leak in the system. In this case, it is necessary to check the tightness of the clutch hydraulic actuators and eliminate the malfunction.
