If there is a squeak or pedal jamming on the axle, disassemble and repair the pedal assembly.

1. Remove the lower decorative guard of the instrument panel (see "Removing and installing the upper part of the instrument panel").

2. Disconnect the wiring harness pads from the switch 8 (Fig.) of the clutch pedal and the switch 14 of the clutch.
3. Remove retainer 9 and pin 11 of the fork of the clutch master cylinder rod.
4. Unscrew the two nuts 17 (only one is visible in the figure), unscrew the bolt 13 and remove the clutch pedal bracket assembly with the pedal.
5. Remove the clutch pedal stop bolt 16 from the clutch pedal bracket assembly.
6. Remove the spring 4 of the clutch pedal.
7. Turn away a nut 21, take out a pin 15 and remove a pedal from an arm.
8. Remove bushings 3 and 6 from the clutch pedal.
9. Remove cushions 1 and 5 from the clutch pedal.
10. Using an 8mm hex socket and a hammer, remove the fork bushing 2 from the clutch pedal assembly.
11. Turn away a nut 19 and remove the switch 8 of a pedal of coupling from an arm of a pedal of coupling.
12. Assemble the pedal assembly in the reverse order of disassembly. Lubricate the pedal axle and their bushings with a thin layer of grease. If necessary, install a new clutch pedal return spring.
