Removing the control unit for heating, ventilation and air conditioning Renault Sandero

We remove the block to replace the failed damper drive rods and backlight, as well as to replace the block assembly. 

Remove the instrument panel console cover. 

Using the Torx T-20 wrench, we unscrew the two screws securing the block. 

We display the control unit from the console of the instrument panel. 

Tighten the latch with a screwdriver ... 

... disconnect the wiring harness from the block. 

We disconnect the tip of the thrust of the actuator of the damper of the air temperature regulator from the sector of the regulator. 

Using a screwdriver, remove the shell of the air temperature regulator damper drive rod from the holder. 

We remove the shell of the thrust of the drive of the air recirculation damper from the holder. 

Disconnect the rod end of the air recirculation damper actuator from the lever. 

We disconnect the tip of the thrust for the drive of the air distribution dampers from the sector of the regulator. 

Using a screwdriver, we depress the latch and remove the shell of the drive rod of the air distribution dampers from the holder. 

Remove the heating, ventilation and air conditioning control unit from the instrument panel. 

By turning counterclockwise the backlight lamp holder, we remove it from the block. 

We take out the baseless lamp from the cartridge and replace it with a new one W1,2W. 
Install the heating, ventilation and air conditioning control unit in reverse order.
