Removal and installation of an electronic regulator of the fan of a heater or conditioner Mercedes-Benz W203

Tool:

• open end wrench

Withdrawal

The cabin air filter box must first be removed.

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable with the ignition off.

2. Remove the electric motor.

3. Turn out screws of fastening (arrows on an illustration) and remove an electronic step of adjustment of the electric motor.

Electric motor:

1 - electronic stage of electric motor adjustment

4. Disconnect the fan motor connector.

Installation

1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

2. Attach a cable of weight (-) of the storage battery at the switched off ignition. Install the cabin air filter box. If necessary, enter the radio code and set the time on the clock.
