Removing and installing headlights on the Audi A4

Note: 

The design of the halogen headlight corresponds to that of the xenon headlight. Only the ignition unit (2) is missing from the halogen headlight. The dipped beam bulb (8), as well as the beam adjustment motor (11), are designed differently.

15. Thrust screw, to install the headlight must be in contact with the front panel

Removing  the headlight on the Audi A4

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.

2. Remove the top left or right engine cover if installed.

3. Right headlight: Disconnect the air duct between the front panel and the air filter.

4. Protect the area under the Audi A4 headlight with adhesive tape to protect the paintwork from damage.

1. Remove screws (1) and (5).
2. 

5. Loosen screws (2) and (4) a few turns without turning them out. (6) - stop screw.

6. Disconnect the cable and unplug the connector (3).

7. Pull the headlight forward.

Audi A4 headlight installation

1. The height position is adjusted by the screws (1 and 2), the horizontal position by the screw (2).

Removing the fog lamp Audi A4 B6

1. Remove the air intake grille from the bumper.

2. Turn out screws (arrows on an accompanying illustration), disconnect a headlight at the internal party of a bumper and take out it.

3. Disunite a socket (1) headlights.

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. When doing this, make sure that the guide pins fit into the holes.
