Withdrawal
The cabin air filter box must first be removed.
1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable with the ignition off.
Note:
Before disconnecting the cable, find out the security code of the radio, if any.
2. Fully lower the glass and open the door.
3. Using a plastic wedge, separate the door entry strip from the clip holder and remove.
4. Remove the lower trim on the A-pillar.
5. Take out a cover from facing at the bottom of a rack And in area of legs and turn out a bolt lying under it.
6. Separate by means of a plastic wedge facing at the bottom of a rack And from holders of a clip and remove. Under it are the electrical wires of the door.
7. Disconnect electrical wire connectors.
8. Using a plastic wedge, remove the cable cover from the A-pillar and pull out the wires.
1 - cable cover;
2 - bolts of fastening of a stopper of a door;
3 - hinge fastening nuts.
9. Turn out bolts of fastening of an ax of a door.
10. Ask an assistant to hold the door. Turn out nuts of fastening of a loop at the bottom and at the top. Remove the door and place it on a soft pad.
Installation
1. With the help of an assistant, reinstall the door and screw on the hinge nuts without tightening them.
2. Close the door and check the gap. Adjust the door if necessary.
3. Tighten the hinge nuts to 8Nm.
4. Fasten the door stop with a torque of 10Nm.
5. Further installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
6. Connect the negative (-) cable to the battery with the ignition off. Install the cabin air filter box. Enter the radio code and set the time on the clock.
