The procedure for removing and installing a coolant expansion tank on a Nissan Note
1. Park the vehicle on a level surface and open the hood.

2. Pump out the Nissan Note coolant from the expansion tank with a large syringe or pear.

3. For more convenient removal of the tank, you can remove the upper cross member of the radiator frame.

4. With a head on “10”, unscrew the 2 bolts securing the fuse box platform under the hood, next to the battery.

Note:
Some drivers, for convenience, also remove the car's battery.

5. Grasp the Nissan Note coolant reservoir with your hand and lift it up.

6. Remove the tank from the bracket on the radiator.
7. Remove a tube from the union of a broad tank.
8. Pull the expansion tank out of the engine compartment. If necessary, replace the Nissan Note coolant reservoir with a new one.

9. Install the Nissan Note coolant expansion tank in the reverse order of removal.

10. Pour the required amount of antifreeze into the tank, bringing it to normal.
