Tool:

• Ratchet wrench
• socket head 13 mm
• socket head 10 mm
• telescopic jack
• Box wrench curved 17 mm

Parts and consumables:

• Anti-roll bar (if required) (4F0 411 309 E)

• Stabilizer link (if necessary) (4E0 411 317 E)

• Audi A6 stabilizer bushing bracket (if necessary) (4D0 411 336 G)

• Bushing of anti-roll bar Audi A6 (4D0 411 327 J)

Notes:

This article describes the replacement of the Audi A6 stabilizers.

The location of the fastening of the brackets of the bushings of the anti-roll bar.

1. Remove the engine crankcase protection as described in this article .

2. Unscrew the two fasteners of the stabilizer bar bushing bracket.

3. Pull the stabilizer bush bracket away from the vehicle body.

4. Similarly, unscrew and pull back the second bracket of the stabilizer bushing.

5. Turn off the top bolt of fastening of a stabilizer rack.

6.  Disconnect one side of the stabilizer bar along with the stabilizer bar.

7.  Similarly, unscrew the second stabilizer mount and remove the anti-roll bar.

Anti-roll bar along with stabilizer struts.

8. Install all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
