Removing the canister purge valve in a Ford Focus 2 car

We are working to replace the valve.

The canister purge valve is inserted into the bracket, which is fixed on the left side of the engine (in the direction of the vehicle) under the ignition coil.

By pressing the latch, disconnect the block of the wiring harness of the engine management system from the valve connector.

By pressing the latch of the valve tube tip, disconnect it from the tube connecting to the adsorber.

Pulling the rubber tip of the valve tube, remove the tip from the inlet pipe fitting.
We move the rubber clip of the valve from the foot of the bracket ...

... and take out the valve with the clip and tubes from the engine compartment.

Remove the rubber clip from the canister purge valve.
Install the canister purge solenoid valve in reverse order.

When installing the valve, it must be correctly oriented: the arrow on the valve indicates the direction of movement of fuel vapors.
