Note:

The steering wheel is very tight on the splines of the shaft, so do not completely unscrew the wheel bolt: with a sharp blow during removal, the steering wheel may come off the splines and cause injury.

2.  Designate position of a nave of a steering wheel concerning a shaft, having turned out completely a bolt (a tag on a nave of a steering wheel is located under it). Put a mark on the end of the shaft, for example with a marker, and then again screw the bolt into the shaft by hand a few turns.
