Below are the normative technical parameters of parts and mechanisms of the U410F automatic transmission for comparison with the results obtained during the diagnosis and elimination of the identified malfunction.
Automatic transmission assembly.
1) Line pressure (wheel locked). Automatic transmission stand (throttle fully open):
1.1) Position D - 931-1031 kPa (9.1-10.5 kgf / cm 2 , 129-149 psi).
1.2) Position R - 1768-1968 kPa (18.0-20.0 kgf/cm2 , 284-256 psi).
2) Engine speed under load:
2.1) Position D - 2400-2700 rpm.
3) Time delay:
3.1) Position N → D - less than 1.2 seconds.
3.2) Position N → R - less than 1.2 seconds.
4) Engine idle (A/C switch in OFF position):
4.1) N position - 610-720 rpm.
5) Drive disc runout (maximum) - 0.20 mm (0.0079 in.).
6) Installation depth of differential oil seal - left side 5.4-6.4 mm (0.213-0.252 in.); right side 1.5–2.5 mm (0.059–0.098 in.).
Switching point.
Position D (throttle fully open):
1) 1 → 2 - 55-63 km/h (34-70 mph).
2) 2 → 3 - 102-112 km/h (63-70 mph).
3) 3 → 4 - 156-171 km/h (97-106 mph).
4) 4 → 3 - 148-163 km / h (92-101 miles per hour).
5) 3 → 2 - 94-104 km/h (58-65 mph).
6) 2 → 1 - 44–51 km/h (27–32 mph).
Position D (throttle fully closed):
1) 3 → 4 - 40-47 km/h (25-29 mph).
2) 4 → 3 - 16–22 km/h (10–14 mph).
Position 2 (throttle fully open):
1) 1 → 2 - 55-63 km/h (34-39 mph).
2) 3 → 2 - 102-112 km/h (63-70 mph).
3) 2 → 1 - 32-39 km/h (20-24 mph).
Position L (throttle fully open):
1) 3 → 2 - 102-112 km/h (63-70 mph).
2) 2 → 1 - 48-55 km/h (30-34 mph).

Axial play - 0.262-1.249 mm (0.0103-0.0492 in).
Multi-plate clutch hub.
Bore Diameter - Nominal 23.025-23.045 mm (0.9065-0.9073 in.); maximum 23.09 mm (0.9091 in.).
Downshift brake.
1) Return spring free length is 0.5528 in. (14.04 mm).
2) Seal clearance is 0.0713 to 0.0866 in. (1.81-2.20 mm).
3) Flange thickness - Mark 1: 3.0 mm (0.118 in.); Mark 2: 3.2 mm (0.126 in.); Mark 3: 3.4 mm (0.134 inches).
Second gear brake.
1) Seal clearance is 0.62 - 0.91 mm (0.0244 - 0.0358 in).
2) Return spring free length is 16.61 mm (0.6539 in.).
3) Flange thickness - Mark 1: 3.0 mm (0.118 in.); Mark 2: 3.1 mm (0.122 in.); Mark 3: 3.2 mm (0.126 in); Mark 4: 3.3 mm (0.130 in.); Mark 5: 3.4 mm (0.134 in); Mark 6: 3.5 mm (0.138 in); Mark 7: 3.6 mm (0.142 inches).
Brake for first gear and reverse gear.
1) Seal clearance is 1.10-1.29 mm (0.0433-0.0508 in.).
2) Return spring free length is 0.6106 in. (15.51 mm).
3) Flange Thickness - Mark 1: 1.8 mm (0.071 in.); Mark 2: 1.9 mm (0.075 in); Mark 3: 2.0 mm (0.079 in.); Mark 4: 2.1 mm (0.083 in); Mark 5: 2.2 mm (0.087 in); Mark 6: 2.3 mm (0.091 in.); Mark 7: 2.4 mm (0.094 in); Mark 8: 2.5 mm (0.098 in.).
Oil pump.
1) Gap between gear and housing - 0.10-0.17 mm (0.0039-0.0067 in.) nominal; maximum 0.17 mm (0.0067 in.).
2) Gap between gear tooth tips - 0.07-0.15 mm (0.0028-0.0059 in.) nominal; maximum 0.15 mm (0.0059 in.).
3) Side clearance - 0.02-0.05 mm (0.0008-0.0020 in.) nominal; maximum 0.05 mm (0.0020 in.).
4) Pinion thickness - Mark 1: 10.690-10.699 mm (0.4209-0.4212 in.); Mark 2: 10.700–10.709 mm (0.4213–0.4216 in); Mark 3: 10.710–10.720 mm (0.4217–0.4220 in); Mark 4: 10.721–10.730 mm (0.4221–0.4224 in); Mark 5: 10.731–10.740 mm (0.4225–0.4228 in.).
5) Thickness of driven gear - Mark 1: 10.690 - 10.699 mm (0.4209 - 0.4212 in); Mark 2: 10.700–10.709 mm (0.4213–0.4216 in); Mark 3: 10.710–10.720 mm (0.4217–0.4220 in); Mark 4: 10.721–10.730 mm (0.4221–0.4224 in); Mark 5: 10.731–10.740 mm (0.4225–0.4228 in.).
6) Oil pump housing bushing inner diameter - nominal value 38.113 - 38.138 mm (1.50050 - 1.50149 in); maximum 38.138 mm (1.50149 in.).
7) Seal installation depth (nominal value) - 0 +- 0.5 mm (0 +- 0.020 in.).
8) Stator shaft sleeve inner diameter - nominal value 21.500-21.526 mm (0.84646-0.84748 in.); maximum 21.526 mm (0.84748 in.).
2nd gear brake piston.
Piston return spring free length is 0.7476 in. (18.99 mm).
Forward clutch.
1) Seal clearance is 1.74-2.08 mm (0.0685-0.0819 in.).
2) Piston return spring free length is 28.23 mm (1.1102 inches).
3) Flange Thickness - #1: 3.0 mm (0.118 in.); #2: 3.15 mm (0.1240 in.); #3: 3.30 mm (0.1299 in.); #4: 3.45 mm (0.1358 in.); #5: 3.60 mm (0.1417 in.).
Direct clutch.
1) Seal clearance is 0.605 - 0.825 mm (0.02382 - 0.03248 in).
2) Piston return spring free length is 22.58 mm (0.8898 in.).
3) Flange Thickness (Direct Coupling) - Mark 1: 3.00 mm (0.1181 in.); Mark 2: 3.1 mm (0.122 in.); Mark 3: 3.2 mm (0.126 in); Mark 4: 3.3 mm (0.130 in.); Mark 5: 3.4 mm (0.134 in); Mark 6: 3.5 mm (0.138 in.).
Reducing planetary gear.
Torque (at 60 rpm) - 0.10 - 4.41 N m (1.0 - 45 kgf cm, 0.9 - 39 lbf in).
Downshift clutch.
1) Seal clearance is 1.51-1.90 mm (0.0594-0.0748 in.).
2) Piston return spring free length is 17.14 mm (0.6752 in.).
3) Flange thickness - Mark 1: 3.0 mm (0.118 in.); Mark 2: 3.2 mm (0.126 in.); Mark 3: 3.4 mm (0.134 inches).
4) Clutch drum bushing inner diameter U/D - nominal value 37.06-37.08 mm (1.4591-1.4598 in.); maximum 37.13 mm (1.4618 inches).
Transmission valve body assembly.
1) Valve Body Assembly Set Bolt Length - For Bolt A: 25 mm (0.984 in.); for bolt B: 41 mm (1.614 in); for bolt C: 45 mm (1.771 in.).
2) Detent Spring Set Bolt Length - For Bolt A: 27 mm (1.063 in.); for bolt B: 16 mm (0.630 in.).
Differential.
1) The play of the axle gear is 0.05–0.20 mm (0.0020–0.0070 in.).
2) Thrust washer thickness - Mark -: 1.625 mm (0.0640 in.); Mark -: 1.725 mm (0.0679 in); Mark -: 1.825 mm (0.0719 in.).
3) Preload (torque at 60 rpm):
3.1) New bearing - 0.20 - 0.69 N·m (2.0 - 7.0 kgf·cm, 1.8 - 6.1 in. lbf).
3.2) Used bearing - 0.10 - 0.35 Nm (1.0 - 3.6 kgf cm, 0.9 - 3.1 in. lbf).
4) Washer thickness - Mark 0: 2.00 mm (0.0787 in.); Mark 1: 0.0807 in.
