Rain sensor replacement Nissan Qashqai 2007 - 2013

Tools:

• Small flat screwdriver
• Open-end wrench 10 mm

Parts and consumables:

• Rain sensor

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.

2. Remove the rear view mirror.

3. Pry off the rain sensor's metal retainer with a screwdriver and bend the retainer.

4. Pry off the three rain sensor retainers with a screwdriver.

5. Remove the sensor from the holder on the glass. Squeeze out the clamp of the sensor wire block.

6. Disconnect the block from the sensor connector.

7. Install the new sensor and all parts in the reverse order of removal.
