On the Citroen Berlingo, lamp replacement is carried out only with the ignition off or with the battery disconnected .
Wait about three minutes after changing the bulb before connecting the on-board power supply to the battery. After installing a new lamp, check its operation.
For the left and right headlights of the Citroen Berlingo 2, the lamps are replaced in the same way.
Headlight Citroen Berlingo 2:
1 - Headlight low / high beam;
2 - Turn indicator.
3 - Marker lights.
1. Raise the hood. To reach the lamps, you need to stick your hand from the back of the optical unit.
2. To replace the low beam / high beam lamp (1), remove the central protective casing by pulling the rubber tab that closes the headlamp from moisture penetration.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector block.
4. Remove the latch tab.
5. Remove the bulb.
Warning:
Do not touch the lamp bulb with your fingers, as the halogen lamp gets very hot and grease stains will cause the bulb to darken. Handle the bulb by the bulb only with clean gloves or a clean cloth.
6. Replace the lamp by carefully aligning its base with the guide slots on the block.
7. Replace the latch tab and connect the electrical connector block. Be sure to fit the casing tightly around the perimeter to ensure a tight seal.
8. To replace the turn signal bulb (2), remove the protective cover by pulling on the rubber tab.
9. Remove the lamp holder by pulling on the connector block.
10. Press lightly on it and turn counterclockwise. Replace lamp. Install the new bulb in the reverse order of removing it.
11. Make sure the casing is tight around the perimeter to ensure a tight seal.
12. The size illumination lamp is replaced in a similar way.
