Replacing the dipped beam lamp Renault Megane 3

Note:

Before changing any light bulb on a Renault Megane, it is advisable to disconnect the negative battery terminal with a 10 mm key.

Do not install light bulbs of greater power than indicated in the instructions and replace them in  pairs - different bulbs may illuminate the road differently.

Replacing the low beam lamp on Renault Megane 3

1. Open the hood and fix it with a stop.

2. On the side, near the headlight, pull out the special key.

3. Turn out this key 2 bolts of fastening of a headlight.

4. Pull it forward.

5. Unfasten the fasteners.

6.  Remove the cap.

7. Disconnect the block of wires from the Renault Megan low beam lamp.

8. Lower the metal fastener.

9. Pull the bulb out of the headlight housing.

10. Replace the Renault Megan 3 low beam lamp with a working one.

Note:

Hold it by the plinth, not by the glass.

11. Install the new bulb in reverse order. 

12. Fix it with a spring and connect the shoe.

13. Replace the cover.

14.  Screw on the headlight.
