Replacing engine mounts Skoda Octavia

You will need: keys "for 10", "for 13", TORX T25, socket keys "for 16", "for 18", "for 21", a silent block remover.
To remove the jet thrust Skoda Octavia, do the following.
1. To replace the suspension mounts, remove the crankcase protection for the Skoda Octavia engine.

2. Install a jack or support under the gearbox housing.

3. Turn out two bolts of fastening of draft to the engine.

4. Turn out a bolt of fastening of jet draft to a silent block of a cross-beam of a forward suspension bracket...

5. ...and remove the rod.
6. Install the powertrain tie rod in the reverse order of removal.
To replace the right powertrain mount, do the following.
1. Remove the engine crankcase protection.
2. Place a jack or support under the gearbox housing

3. To replace the suspension mounts, remove the adsorber.

4. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the holder of a mouth of a washer reservoir...

5. ... and take the neck to the side.

6. Turn out the second bolt and remove the holder.

7. To replace the suspension mounts, remove the expansion tank.

8. Turn out two bolts of fastening of an arm of a support to the engine.

9. Turn out two bolts of fastening of a support to a car body...

10. ... and remove the support.
11. Establish the right support of the power unit in an order, the return to removal.
NOTE

After installing the right suspension mount, check the distance X, which should be 16 mm.
To replace the left powertrain mount, do the following.

1. Remove the engine crankcase protection.

2. Install a jack or support under the gearbox housing.

3. Remove the battery.

4. Remove a decorative casing of the engine.

5. Remove the air filter housing with air duct.

6. Turn out three bolts and remove the shelf of fastening of the storage battery.

7. Turn out two bolts of fastening of an arm of a support to the engine.

8. Remove the wiring harness from the plastic channel ...

9. ... and remove the channel.

10. Turn out four bolts of fastenings of the left support of a suspension bracket to a car body Skoda Octavia and remove it.
11. Install the left powertrain mount in the reverse order of removal.
