What we do:
1. we approach the car and open the hood
2. Jack up, take off the right wheel, protection and a piece of plastic (hell knows what it is called exactly, but just do it closes the engine compartment from dirt), drain the coolant
3. Jack up the engine, unscrew right support, upper timing belt cover and four lower cover bolts, loosen and remove the alternator belt.
4. We ask a friend in clean clothes to stick the fifth gear and press the brake, while using the 18 head we unscrew the bolt securing the pulleys to the crankshaft.
5. Remove the alternator belt pulley, put a large nut or a pair of thick washers on the unscrewed bolt and twist it back. Having screwed it in, we turn the crankshaft until the camshaft toothed pulley with a mark reaches the Dacia logo on the engine, and unscrew this bolt again (not everyone needs to unscrew it. It’s just that in my case a toothed pulley with a side is installed on the crankshaft, which does not allow you to remove the belt without removing the pulley itself)
6. Loosen and remove the belt (if necessary, remove the pulley from the crankshaft)
7. Unscrew and remove the pump.

Removed covers and belt pulley genes:

All removed:

New pump:

New roller with auto-tensioner:

Install everything in reverse order. It is only important not to turn the shafts while fiddling with the pump. For ease of installation, there are marks on the belt (two for both toothed pulleys). We put, we pull the belt, we start.
When I started it and was very glad that I did everything "on the ball" and did not bend the valve, someone set off fireworks behind the garages :-) what a coincidence. Just like a holiday.
