Nissan Qashqai Rear Passenger Seat Belt Replacement

You will need: socket head or wrench "17", a screwdriver with a flat blade.
The vehicle has three three-point inertia seat belts for rear seat passengers.

Replacing  the rear side seat belts  is shown using the rear passenger seat belt in the right seat as an example.
1. Open the tailgate.
2. Remove the luggage compartment shelf.
3. Remove a pillow of a back seat (Removal and installation of a back seat see).

4. Remove the sill lining ...

5. ... and lining of the right rear pillar of the body, overcoming the elastic resistance of its latches (see Removing and installing interior linings).

6. Turn out a bolt of the bottom fastening of a seat belt …

7. ... remove the bolt

8. ... and move the belt buckle away from the body panel.

9. Pry with a screwdriver and remove the rear seat belt frame from the opening of the luggage compartment lining.

10. Pass the seat belt through the slot in the frame and remove it.

11. Pry off the edge of the luggage compartment lining (it is more convenient to do this at the top) ...

12. ... and, overcoming the resistance of the clamps, remove the lining.

13. Turn out a bolt of fastening of an inertial coil of a seat belt of the back passenger to an arm of a body …

14. ... and remove the rear passenger's seat belt assembly with an inertial coil and buckle.

15. To replace the rear seat belt buckles, disconnect the seat belt sensor harness connector from the body bracket.

16. Press the clamp of the wiring harness block ...

17. ... and disconnect the block from the sensor connector.

18. Turn out a bolt of fastening of locks of a seat belt of the back passenger to a body …

19. ... and remove the locks.

NOTES.
When installing the seat belt, lubricate the mounting bolts with an anaerobic thread locker.
After installing the seat belt, check the ease of movement, the absence of jamming and twisting of the belt tape.

20. Install the belt ...

21. ... and the rear passenger seat belt buckles in the reverse order of removal.

1. To replace the passenger's seat belt  in the middle seat  , press the latches through the holes in the coil trim...

2. ... and lower the pad.

3. Turn away a nut of fastening of an inertial coil to the roof panel.

4. Use a screwdriver to pry off the roof lining retainer located under the decorative trim of the seat belt reel ...

5. ... and remove the retainer from the hole in the upholstery.

6. Pry off the roof upholstery retainer with a screwdriver ...

7. ... and remove the retainer from the hole in the upholstery.

8. Bend the roof upholstery as far as possible, unscrew the two bolts securing the inertial coil to the roof panel ...

9. ... and remove the coil.

10. Pass the passenger seat belt buckles on the center seat...

11. ... into the opening of the decorative lining of the coil and remove the coil.

12. Establish a seat belt of the back passenger on an average seat and all details in an order, the return to removal.
