- 1. Set the piston of the 1st cylinder to the TDC position of the compression stroke (see "Setting the piston of the first cylinder of the engine to the TDC position of the compression stroke").
- 2. Remove the right power unit mount (see "Replacing the right power unit mount").

- 3. Turn the accessory drive belt tensioner counterclockwise and remove the belt.

- 4. Turn out fastening bolts and remove intermediate rollers B and a tension roller And with an arm B.

- 5. Turn out fastening bolts and remove a pulley A of the water pump, an arm B of the right support of a suspension bracket of the power unit and a pulley In a cranked shaft.

- 6. Turn out bolts of fastening of a cover of a chain of a drive of the gas-distributing mechanism and remove a cover

- 7. Push in the chain tensioner stem and secure the stem by inserting a stopper into the aligned holes in the tensioner housing and stem.

- 8. Having unscrewed the fastening bolts, remove the tensioner B and the shoe A of the timing chain.
- 9. Remove the timing chain.
- 10. Install the timing chain and all parts in the reverse order of removal.
