1. Open the hood as described in this article .

The fuse box in the engine compartment is located on the left side in the direction of travel of the vehicle.

2. Slide the four fuse box cover latches aside.

3. Remove the fuse box cover.

WARNING:

Do not replace fuses with jumpers or fuses of different amperage, or homemade jumpers, as this can damage electrical appliances and even cause fire.

Note:

This is what a blown fuse looks like (the shown jumper inside the holder has blown and burst). For replacement, use a spare fuse of the same rating (and color).

4. Install all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.

Useful advice:

Always close the cover of the main fuse box. This will avoid: 
- air from the engine compartment into the passenger compartment; 
- occurrence of electrical faults as a result of the penetration of water, dirt, moisture.
