The 1MZ-FE engine is a six-cylinder, V-twin, 3-liter, 24-valve, DOHC engine developed from the previous generation Camry's 1MZ-FE engine.
The design of this engine has been optimized to improve performance, fuel efficiency and reduce harmful emissions in the exhaust gases and has the following features:
1. The engine is equipped with a PS starter with integrated planetary gear;
2. Meets the requirements of European standards STEP III;
3. Equipped with ETCS-i intelligent electric throttle control system.
4. Equipped with an air intake control system.
