Note:
If for some reason the fuel tank flap on your Nissan X-Trail does not open, you can try to open it from the luggage compartment.
Opening the fuel tank flap Nissan X-Trail from the trunk
1. Raise the trunk lid.

On the right, in the trunk, there are grilles on the inner lining.

2. Through the top grill, use a screwdriver or other tool to pry the white plastic tab a little to the side.

The Nissan X-Trail gas tank hatch will open.

3. When the tongue is pushed in, the flap will lock again.
