Hello everyone! A tired clutch every day speaks of itself more and more, but so far it is holding. Here you have twitches when starting off and slipping after warming up into a strong hill. In general, change. I read all sorts of interesting topics here about replacing the native weak clutch slave cylinder, which is made with a release bearing in one piece. There are enough claims to the native clutch release, it dies twice as fast as the clutch and, most of all, what irritates, darkens the brake fluid! Only six months have passed since I completely changed all the slurry, and it is dark again! It's decided, we get rid of such an element.
Further on purchases. Along with the dollar, prices for spare parts also crept up. If earlier the price of a clutch kit with a native release was about 4500, now the price starts from 6500. Pichal.
I immediately decided to install a clutch from the 1.8 engine, not to say that I am not satisfied with something native from 1.6, but they strongly advise on the forum. The difference in price is not great, something around 500 r. And there, what the hell is not joking, maybe someday I will collect 1.8.
I collected the necessary spare parts for reworking in two stores, with a clutch from 1.8 came out 7000.

Basket from 1.8 (VALEO PHC DWC-22)

Clutch disc from 1.8 (VALEO PHC DW-29)

What a healthy omentum, I do not know. I'll figure it out along the way.

Slave cylinder (VALEO 804 727)

Bolt for fastening the hose to the working cylinder, hollow with a hole (94535521)
They say you won’t find this bolt, but I was lucky. They also write that the YaMZ 8.8972 bolt is suitable, but I'm not sure, of course.

Release bearing (Valeo PHC PRB-08)

Fork bolt (94500795) bolt as bolt. It is not necessary to order, you can pick up without problems

Fork (94580796)

Lever (96144874)

O-ring guide sleeve release bearing (94580546) How and where, I do not know yet.

I don't know where it is either.

Plastic sleeve fastening L-shaped lever (96285014)

Bolts for fastening the cylinder to the gearbox housing (94500298) They also look like ordinary bolts.

Working cylinder hose (96183757)

For spare parts, everything, the weather and time do not allow to set yet. At the same time, you need to change the backstage helicopter repair kit and shorten it a little.
That's all, good luck everyone!
