SEQUENCE OF WORK
1. If it is necessary to replace the fuse, you can use the plastic tweezers that are included in the standard tool kit.
2. Remove the blown fuse from the contacts with tweezers.
3. Insert a new fuse of the same rating into the contacts. Make sure the contact is secure.
4. If the new fuse blows immediately, find out from the table. 9.1, whether a fuse of a smaller rating than required has been installed.
5. If everything is correct, determine the electrical appliance connected to the circuit from the table and check it separately. If necessary, refer to the appropriate wiring diagram.
6. If a newly installed fuse blows immediately after replacement, check the appropriate circuit.
7. Never replace the fuses with a piece of wire, a paper clip or other "bugs". This is fraught with serious damage to the electrical system.
8. Always have a set of spare fuses in your car
Meaning of each fuse:
Fuse:
No. 1 - Rear window regulator (through the central control unit) - Current 30A
No. 2 - Lighting (through the central control unit) - Current 25A
No. 3 - Sliding / lifting hatch - Current 25A
No. 4 - Central locking, horn, radio, CD changer - Current 25A
No. 5 - Trunk lock - Current 20A
No. 6 - Memory for setting the steering wheel column and rear-view mirrors - Current 30A
No. 7 - Seat adjustment, front left - Current 25A
No. 8 - Seat adjustment, front left - Current 25A
No. 9 - Refrigerator, alarm volume sensor - Current 10A
No. 10 - BAS, audio and video recorder - Current 10A
No. 11 - Trailer connector - Current 25A
No. 12 - Seat adjustment, front right - Current 25A
No. 13 - Seat adjustment, front left - Current 25A
No. 14 - BAS, telephone - Current 7.5A
No. 15 - BAS, audio system - Current 25A
No. 16 - Reserve -
No. 17 - Heated front seats - Current 20A
No. 18 - Rear window heater, alarm - Current 40A
