You will need: keys "for 7", "for 12", "for 13" (two), a screwdriver, a ruler.

1. To measure the full travel of the clutch pedal, measure the distance from the pedal pad to the floor without depressing the pedal.

2. Press the pedal all the way down and repeat the measurement. The difference between the two measurements is the full travel of the clutch pedal, but the nominal value of which is 143–145 mm. If the pedal travel differs from the nominal value, it must be adjusted.

3. Loosen the locknut of the adjusting bolt on the pedal assembly, turn the bolt to achieve the required full travel of the pedal and tighten the locknut.

4. In order to determine the free play of the clutch pedal, measure the distance from the initial position of the pedal to the position in which an increase in resistance is felt when pressing the pedal with your hand. The nominal free travel of the clutch pedal is 5–15 mm. If the free play differs from the nominal value, adjust the length of the push rod of the clutch master cylinder.

5. Loosen locknut...

6. ... by rotating the pusher by the flat, adjust the pedal free play and tighten the lock nut.
