The rear right wheel is blocked and does not want to spin at all, I had to go to the garage in short dashes and find out the reason.
Here is the actual reason:

It is necessary to unclench, and at the same time lubricate the protective cover of the cable.
Here's what I used for lubrication.

WD-40 and caliper lubricant.
At the same time decided to change the brake pads.
The procedure is not complicated.
So, in order:
1. Remove the wheel;
2. Tear off the brake reservoir cap;

3. Now you need to unscrew the caliper fingers (top and bottom);

Key numbers can be seen in the photo.
4. Remove the caliper and hang it by the suspension element so as not to break the brake hose;

5. We take out the old brake pads;

Mine have already begun to whistle, and cracks have appeared in places.

6. Now you need to press the piston into the brake cylinder, for this I used a homemade clamp;

Pressing process.
Attention! The rear piston must be screwed in, if you simply press it in, problems with the handbrake can occur.
7. Install new brake pads. I put LPR firms, although I wanted Ferodo Premier.

Now we collect everything in the reverse order.
