It is advisable to check the fluid level in the expansion tank of the cooling system at each inspection of the car before leaving, and always in case of engine overheating and the associated release of fluid from the system.
Use products only from manufacturers recommended by the dealer. Remember that the use of poor quality coolant leads to costly engine repairs.
The expansion tank is installed in front of the engine compartment.

WARNING:
On a warm engine, the fluid in the cooling system is under excess pressure. To avoid burns, do not remove the cooling system filler cap until the engine has cooled to a safe temperature. When starting the engine, the expansion tank cap must be closed.
1. Place the car on a level surface, open the hood as described here .
2. On the wall of the tank are marks F and L , between which there must be a liquid level on a cold engine.
3. If the liquid level in the tank is located on the L mark or below, then open the cover of the expansion tank.
4. Add coolant to the tank, slightly without bringing the level to the F mark .
5. After topping up the liquid, tightly close the cap of the coolant expansion tank.
Note:
Coolant that has fallen on engine parts or paintwork must be removed with a rag.
