1. Before replacing a fuse, switch off the ignition and the corresponding consumer.

2.  The fuse box in the passenger compartment is located under the steering column. To gain access to the fuses, you must remove the block cover. Pull it on the bottom of the cover and fold it in the direction of the arrow.

3. Set the cover aside. To check or replace the required fuse, you need to find it in the block referring to the list diagram. Find the desired vehicle assembly in the list and determine the number and location of the corresponding fuse. A description of the schemes and their decoding are given in this article.

Note:

Depending on the configuration, the fuse box can have two options.

3. Remove the plastic fuse holder from the fasteners in the cover of the block.

4.  Put the pliers on the desired fuse and remove it.

5.  Insert a new fuse.

Warning:

Never "repair" fuses or replace them with fuses of a higher rating - risk of fire! In addition, a malfunction may occur elsewhere in the electrical circuit.

If the new fuse blew again quickly, have a service company check the relevant electrical circuit as soon as possible.

A blown fuse can be recognized by the burnt metal wire. Replace the defective fuse with a new one of the same rating.

6.  Return the grip to its original position. Insert only the top edge of the cover into the front panel and press the cover gently.

Useful advice:

Purchase a set of spare fuses in advance. They must always be in the car.
