Let me remind you that after diagnosing the Skoda with a cord, malfunctions with the steering were identified:
00778 - Steering Angle Sensor-G85
014 - Malfunction / Error -
Intermittent 00576 - Terminal 15
012 - Electrical Malfunction in Circuit
00883 - Ignition and Starter Switch-D (Terminal S)
012 - Electrical Malfunction in Circuit
00884 - Ignition Switch and starter-D (Terminal X)
012 - electrical fault in the circuit
01744 - Ignition and starter switch-D (Contact P)
012 - electrical fault in the circuit
In the evening I went to the garage, armed with a repair book and began to disassemble the steering column in the hope of finding something suspicious. I snapped off all the contacts, examined - everything is in order, soot, etc. not found anywhere. Leafing through the book, I realized that you can still remove the contact group of the ignition switch, which was done, and, as it turned out, not in vain. As I understand the operation of this system, the ignition key presses on a plastic barrel, at the bottom of which there is material (like in a TV remote control). So, this barrel should bridge 2 tracks in the contact group, but this did not happen.
Track jumper contact.
Without thinking twice, I took a piece of aluminum tape and pasted it on the contact in the barrel. Testing by the tester gave a positive result, and everything was assembled and installed in place.
