Note:

Before assembly, clean all parts to be assembled. Apply fresh engine oil to all friction surfaces. Replace all gaskets and seals.
1. Install new spark plug tubes. Apply glue to the spark plug tubes. Press in a new spark plug tube so that it protrudes 42.4–43.4 mm from the plane of the cylinder head connector.

2. Using a wooden plate and a hammer, also press in the new crankcase ventilation pipes so that they are flush with the cylinder head split plane.

3. Using special tool 09201-41020 or a suitable tool, install new valve stem seals.

1 - special device.
Note:
The valve stem seals are rubber sealed. The intake valve stem seals are painted gray or brown, and the exhaust valve stem seals are painted black.

4. Install the following parts:
1 - valve;
2 - valve spring seat;
3 - valve spring;
4 - spring plate;
5 - crackers.
5. Using a suitable tool, compress the valve spring and install two cotters around the valve stem.
6. Lightly tap the end of the valve stem with a hammer to secure the valve with crackers.
7. Install the valve lifters and shims . Make sure the pushers turn freely by hand.
