We remove the battery for charging or replacing it, when removing the left support of the power unit. We also dismantle the battery for the convenience of performing operations for replacing lamps in the left headlight unit.

Using the “10” key, we loosen the tightening of the nut of the coupling bolt of the wire terminal on the “negative” terminal of the battery ...

... and remove the wire terminal from the battery terminal.

We squeeze two clamps ...

... and open the cover of the protective cap.

Using the “10” head, we loosen the tightening bolt of the wire terminal on the “positive” terminal of the battery ...

... and remove the wire terminal from the battery terminal.

With the “13” head, we unscrew the bolt securing the battery pressure plate ...

... and remove the plate with the bolt.

Having shifted the battery a little forward (along the vehicle), we remove the tide in the lower part of the battery case from under the two brackets on the wall of the battery shelf and remove the battery from the engine compartment.

Install the battery in reverse order.
