The procedure for removing the glove compartment on the Nissan X-Trail

1. Go to the car interior.

2. Pry up the cover and pull it out of the latches.

3. Pull the handle and open the glove compartment.

4. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the 2 screws securing the lock loop.

5. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the 2 upper screws securing the Nissan X-Trail glove compartment to the instrument panel.

6. Also remove the 2 screws in the center.

7. Turn out 2 lower screws of fastening of the case of a glove box to the panel of devices (to the right and at the left).

8. Pull the Nissan X-Trail glove box out of the instrument panel niche.

9. Turn out and disconnect from a box a cartridge with an illumination lamp.

10. Remove the glove compartment.

11. Install the glove box on the Nissan X-Trail in the reverse order of removal.
