- You will need: a 10 socket head, screwdrivers with a flat and cross-shaped blade, pliers, a container for the drained liquid.
- 1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.
- 2. Drain part of the coolant from the radiator (see "Replacing the coolant").
- 3. Squeeze the bent ears of the clamp for attaching the radiator inlet hose ...
- 4. ... and disconnect the hose from the radiator pipe.
- 5. Similarly, disconnect the radiator inlet hose from the water distributor and remove the hose from the vehicle.
- 6. Turn out a bolt of fastening of an arm of a discharge hose of a radiator to a casing of the left electrofan.
- 7. Wring out a clamp of the holder of hoses of cooling of working liquid of an automatic transmission …
- 8. ... and take the hoses aside.
- 9. Press the latches and disconnect the wiring harness pads from the left ...
- 10. ... and right electric fans
- NOTE
- For clarity, further operations for the removal and installation of the electric fans of the radiator of the engine cooling system, complete with casings, are shown with the power unit removed from the vehicle.
- 11. Turn out two bolts of fastening …
- 12. ... and remove the left radiator fan assembly with the casing.
- 13. Similarly, remove the right electric radiator fan assembly with the casing.
- 14. Establish all details in an order, the return to removal.
- 15. Fill in coolant and remove air pockets from the cooling system.
