Note:
This article describes how to replace the thermostat on a Hyundai Tussan.
1. Using the “10” wrench, loosen the nut and remove the wire terminal from the “negative” battery terminal.
2. Turn off the valve and merge a liquid of the cooling system.
3. Disconnect the clips and remove the air intake pipe.

4. Turn off four bolts of fastening of a cover of the engine and remove it.

5. Remove the air filter housing.
6. Disconnect the block of wires from the clamp of the block of wires of the ignition coil.
7. Remove the casing of the Hyundai Tussan thermostat cover from the studs.
8. Turn off two bolts of fastening of a cover of the thermostat and remove the case.
9. Remove the thermostat gasket and the thermostat itself.
10. If necessary, replace the Hyundai Tussan thermostat with a new one.

10. Install all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
11. Fill in coolant.
