Note:
Removal of the door trim may be required to replace door components such as the lock, glass, opening limiter, power window or speaker. Also for the repair of the door itself.
Before removing the Nissan X-Trail front door trim, it is advisable to disconnect the wire from the negative battery terminal with a 10 mm wrench.

Removing the front door trim Nissan X-Trail
1. Place the car on a level surface, and turn off the ignition.
2. Open the front door.

3. Gently pry off the power window and mirror control unit with a screwdriver or spatula (wrap a rag around a flat screwdriver).

4. Remove from the 7 latches and pull the block out of the Nissan X-Trail door trim.

5. Wring out clamps and disconnect from the block 3 pads.

6. With a flat screwdriver, carefully pry the door trim trim over the special groove.

7. Remove from 9 holders and remove the pad.

8. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the 2 screws securing the Nissan X-Trail front door trim.

9. Remove the plug.

10. Using a 10 mm socket wrench, unscrew the trim fastening screw on the inside door opening handle.

11. Pull the Nissan X-Trail front door trim towards you by the lower edge and remove it from the 9 holders (if necessary, pry the trim with a flat screwdriver, placing a rag under it).

12. Move the trim aside.

13. On the inside of the casing, disconnect 2 cables from the handle.

14. If a lighting cover is installed on the front door trim, disconnect the block from the cover.
15. Remove the Nissan X-Trail front door trim.


16. Check up a condition of holders of a covering. Replace damaged holders with new ones.


17. Establish a covering into place in an order, the return to removal. Make sure that all holders are firmly fixed in the holes.
