Removing the shift lever Renault Sandero

We remove the lever for replacement as an assembly in case of failure of the ball bearing of the control mechanism.
We perform work on a viewing ditch or overpass.
From the bottom of the car, disconnect the control rod from the lever.
In the passenger compartment, we separate the cover from the tunnel lining. 

We bite the plastic clamp with side cutters. 

Remove the decorative cover from the lever. 

By turning the latch of the ball joint of the lever, we remove the latch (for clarity, it is shown on the removed control mechanism) ... 

... and remove the gearshift lever assembly from the control mechanism housing. 

Install the gear lever in reverse order.
