1. Mark the position of the wiper blades in their original position, for example by gluing strips of paper.

2.  Pull the Honda Civic wiper arm away from the glass on the driver's side.

3.  If it is impossible to wring out with your fingers, pry with a screwdriver and turn the wiper blade fastener.

4.  Move the brush down. 

5.  Remove the Honda Civic wiper blade from the arm.

6.  Remove the second brush in the same way.

7. Pry with a flat screwdriver and remove the protective cap of the Honda Civic wiper arm nut.

8. Using a 17 mm wrench, unscrew the nut. 

9. While shaking the Honda Civic wiper arm, remove it from the axle of the leash.

10. Similarly, remove the second wiper arm on the passenger side.

11. Examine a condition of levers.

12. If necessary, replace the Honda Civic wiper arms with new ones.

13. Install the wiper arms in the reverse order of removal.
