The heater fan is removed for replacement when it fails.
Remove the instrument panel. 

By pressing the plastic lock, turn the fan counterclockwise by a quarter of a turn and remove the fan from the heater housing.

Squeezing the latches, disconnect the block of wires from the fan motor ... 

... and remove the heater fan.

Install the heater fan in reverse order.
