Notes:

Below are the normative technical parameters of engine parts and mechanisms for comparison with the results obtained during diagnostics and the decision to repair or replace the part.

The frequency of rotation of the crankshaft.

1) At idle - 750-850 rpm;

2) Maximum - 5100-5200 rpm.

Compression.

1) At 250 rpm or more - 2700 kPa (27.5 kgf cm 2 ; 391 psi).

2) Minimum - 2200 kPa (22.5 kgf cm 2 ; 320 psi).

3) The pressure difference between the cylinders is 500 kPa (5 kgf cm 2 ; 71 psi).

Intake manifold.

The maximum is 0.10 mm (0.0039 in.).

Exhaust manifold.

The maximum is 0.40 mm (0.0157 in.).

Engine balancer.

Axial clearance - 0.09 mm (0.0035 in.) nominal; maximum 0.11 mm (0.0043 in.). 

Connecting rod.

1) Axial clearance - 0.10-0.45 mm (0.0039-0.0177 in.) nominal; maximum 0.55 mm (0.0217 in.). 

2) Oil clearance - nominal value 0.024-0.042 mm (0.0009-0.0017 in.); maximum 0.070 mm (0.0028 in.). 

3) Big end inside diameter - Mark 1: 53.000-53.006 mm (2.0866-2.0869 inches); Mark 2: 53.006-53.012 mm (2.0869-2.0871 inches); Mark 3: 53.012–53.018 mm (2.0871–2.0873 inches).

Crankshaft.

1) Axial clearance - nominal value 0.04-0.24 mm (0.0016-0.0094 in.); maximum 0.30 mm (0.0118 in.). 

2) Thrust washer thickness - 1.93-1.98 mm (0.0760-0.0780 in.) nominal.

3) Oil Clearance - Nominal #3: 0.020 - 0.038 mm (0.00079 - 0.0149 in); other nominal 0.014–0.032 mm (0.00055–0.0126 in); maximum 0.10 mm (0.0039 in.).

4) Neck diameter - mark 0: 49.994 - 50.000 mm (1.9683 - 1.9685 inches); Mark 1: 49.988-49.994 mm (1.9680-1.9683 inches); Mark 2: 49.982-49.988 mm (1.9678-1.9680 inches).

Inlet valve.

3) The distance from the chamfer to the edge of the plate is a nominal value of 1.40–1.60 mm (0.055–0.063 in.); minimum 0.50 mm (0.0197 in.).

Exhaust valve.

1) Overall length - nominal 104.1 mm (4.098 inches); minimum 103.8 mm (4.087 inches).

2) Valve stem diameter is 5.960 - 5.975 mm (0.23465 - 0.23524 in).

3) The distance from the chamfer to the edge of the plate - the nominal value is 1.36 - 1.56 mm (0.0535 - 0.0614 in); minimum 0.50 mm (0.0197 in.).

Valve guide.

1) The inner diameter of the sleeve is 6.010-6.030 mm (0.2366-0.2374 in.).

2) Bushing Bore - Nominal 10.985-11.006 mm (0.4325-0.4333 in.); repair 0.05 11.056–11.065 mm (0.4353–0.4356 in.).

3) Protrusion height H (nominal value) - 9.0 to 9.4 mm (0.354 to 0.370 in.).

4) Oil clearance - nominal value (inlet): 0.025 - 0.060 mm (0.0010 - 0.0024 in); nominal value (exhaust): 0.035 - 0.070 mm (0.0014 - 0.0028 in); maximum (inlet): 0.06 mm (0.0024 in); maximum (exhaust): 0.07 mm (0.0028 in.).

Cylinder head.

Outside Diameter - Nominal 11.8-12.0 mm (0.465-0.472 in.); minimum 11.20 mm (0.4409 in.).

Cylinder block.

Warp (maximum) - 0.05 mm (0.0020 in.).

Cylinder hole.

The nominal value is 86,000–86.013 mm (3.3858–3.3863 in).

Piston.

1) Diameter (nominal value) - 85.919 - 85.933 mm (3.3826 - 3.3831 inches).

2) Oil clearance (nominal) - 0.067 to 0.094 mm (0.0026 to 0.0037 in.).

3) Ring groove clearance - #1: 0.11 - 0.15 mm (0.0043 - 0.0059 in); #2: 0.08-0.12 mm (0.0031-0.0047 in); Oil: 0.03–0.07 mm (0.0012–0.0028 in.).
