Below are the normative technical parameters of parts and mechanisms of the fuel system of the 1AZ-FE engine for comparison with the results obtained during diagnostics and the decision to repair or replace the part.

Fuel system pressure.

304-343 kPa (3.1-3.5 kgf / cm ² , 44-50 psi).

Fuel burner.

1) Resistance at 20°C (68°F) - 11.6-12.4 ohms.

2) Fuel injection volume - 76-92 cm ³  (4.6-5.6 cubic inches) in 15 seconds.

3) Pressure difference between cylinders is 16 cm3 (1.0 cu. in.) or less.

4) Fuel leakage - no more than 1 drop in 12 minutes.

Fuel pump.

Resistance at 20°C (68°F) - 0.2-3.0 ohm.
