Note:
In this article, you will learn how to replace injectors on a Mercedes Vito 639 car.
1. Open the hood as described in this article .
2. Remove the air filter housing as described in this article .
3. Turn off 6 fastenings and remove a protective casing of fuel atomizers.
The photo shows only two fasteners.
For clarity, the fastenings are shown on the removed casing.
4. Clean the area around the nozzles and the nozzles themselves from dirt and dust, so that when they are removed, dirt does not get into the nozzle seats.
Note:
For cleaning, you can use a compressed air compressor and a clean rag.
5. Remove the fuel return pipe clamps to remove the Mercedes Vito injector.
6. Wring out a clamp and remove an electric socket from a fuel atomizer.
7. Loosen the high pressure fuel line from the fuel rail a couple of turns.
8. Turn off a bolt of fastening of a fuel atomizer. Move the nozzle holder to the side and pull out the nozzle.

When installing new fuel injectors, use new mounting bolts and copper washers.

9. Lubricate the fuel injector mounting seat with copper grease and install all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
