Withdrawal
Disconnect the brake pipe from the master brake cylinder.

Remove the main brake cylinder (Fig. 6.10).
ATTENTION If brake fluid comes into contact with painted surfaces, wipe up spilled fluid immediately. |
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the brake booster.
Disconnect the brake booster pushrod from the brake pedal.

Turn away nuts of fastening of the vacuum amplifier of brakes (fig. 6.11).
Lift the vacuum brake booster assembly and remove it.
Installation
Before installing the vacuum brake booster assembly, check the condition of both gaskets of its mounting bracket, if necessary, replace the gaskets.
Install the vacuum brake booster in place and tighten the fastening nuts.
Tightening torque: 13–16 Nm.
Apply a sufficient amount of grease to the brake pedal lever hole (pin location).

Connect the pusher fork to the brake pedal lever with a pin with a hole for the cotter pin and fix the pin with a cotter pin (Fig. 6.12).
Install the brake master cylinder. and connect the brake pipe to it.
Connect the vacuum hose to the brake booster.
Fill the brake fluid reservoir with brake fluid.
Check for brake fluid leaks.
Check and adjust the position of the brake pedal.

After installing the parts, apply a sufficient amount of grease to the contact points of the pusher fork and the brake pedal (Fig. 6.13).
