So I decided to replace the clutch myself. And together with him I decided to add engine mounts from Grants.
How, on Kalina with a 16-valve engine, servicemen change the clutch in 2 hours, I still don’t understand ... I started at 15.00, and finished well after midnight ...
Removing the checkpoint is half the trouble. Putting it in place is a feat! But, nevertheless, everything worked out.
Now I'll tell you about the state of the native clutch, which has passed 106,000 km and has never changed. The clutch disc itself is in pretty good condition, it would have gone more than a dozen kilometers. But the release bearing and the basket are not so hot ... On the petals of the basket, there are distinct traces of wear from the release. Yes, and he himself got a good deal ... Both the basket and the disk turned out to be LUK from Priora. If there were VIS, I would have died much earlier ...

The process of installing a new clutch went without problems. Along the way, I removed the fork, cleaned it and lubricated it well. The clutch kit decided to put it Sachs, on the advice of many people. The only thing I bought separately was a clutch release, a new type of Visovskiy. The bearing from the Sachs kit did not inspire confidence ...
New Sachs clutch kit.
On the left is a new VIS 2110 release bearing. On the right is a Sachs bearing. The first one looks a bit more impressive. Yes, and many complain about the Sachs' clutch release.
Now for the supports. Grant's Anvis's are installed without any problems instead of stock Kalinov's.
The new mounts are much softer than stock, hence less vibration and noise from the engine and gearbox. When I started the engine, I already lost the gearbox … :) Well, you can’t hear it almost now! Regarding the chattering of the engine, I have a front extension with additional support, so the engine will not chatter.
Anvis grant supports.
At the same time, I replaced the clutch cable - on the old one, the plastic parts on the automatic adjustment machine loosened up and when the pedal was depressed, something treacherously crunched and creaked there. Now silence.
I also replaced the alternator belt. It’s not a sin for him, who has run almost 60 thousand, to change, so as not to unscrew the support once again later. New Luzar belt. The pump and timing belt of this manufacturer have been working in the engine without problems for 40,000 km. Hope the new belt doesn't fail.
In general, it was hard, but I did it. Now enjoy the silence and soft clutch pedal!
