Note:
The ignition switch (lock) mounted on the steering column is fixed with two bolts with self-cutting heads, therefore, to replace it, it is necessary to remove the bolts with a chisel or drill with an electric drill. All this is more convenient to do on the removed steering column.
1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove the steering column as described here .
3. Wring out clamps of a pad of the lock of blocking of a steering shaft.
4. Disconnect block of the lock of blocking of a steering shaft.
5. Unscrew the bolts of the switch, striking with a hammer through a chisel tangentially, counterclockwise, and remove the ignition switch (lock) assembly with the contact group and the immobilizer antenna unit.
Useful advice:
You can remove the ignition switch (lock) by drilling the heads of the bolts that secure the switch to the steering column.
6. Install all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
