1. Open the interior of the car from the driver's side.
2. Pull the hood release handle located in the passenger compartment.
Notes:
The hood release lever is located in the passenger compartment on the driver's side, under the instrument panel.
3. In front of the car, look for a latch under the front edge of the hood, press it, pull the cover up and open the Renault Trafic hood.
4. Remove the hood stop from the latch, to do this, pull it up.
5. Install the hood support in the hole to secure the hood in position.
Notes:
If you doubt the reliability of the standard stop or it is simply missing, then pick up a strong bar of suitable length and install it between the body and the hood cover.
