1. Open the front doors on the Mercedes Vito.
2. After that, you need to remove the door trim of the Mercedes Vito.

3. Degrease the door areas where the vibration isolation will be glued.
4. Cut out suitable pieces of vibration isolation and heat them up with a heat gun.

5. Glue the door with vibration isolation and roll it with a roller.
6. Degrease the door trim, cut out suitable pieces of bitoplast, heat them with a technical hair dryer. Apply Bitoplast to the door trim and roll it in with a roller.

7. Install all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
Useful advice:
If you do not have a hair dryer, then you can heat the material in the sun or on the stove.
