- 2 — a steering wheel, various executions;
- 3 - spring plug;
- 4 — a plug of the block of an airbag;
- 5 - airbag unit;
- 6 - audio signal plug;
- 7 - screw with an internal polyhedron, 50Nm;
- 8 - steering wheel heating plug;
- 9 - return ring with slip ring.
Removing the driver's airbag:
- 1 - steering wheel;
- 2 - coil spring connector;
- 3 - airbag module connector;
- 4 - multi-pin bolt;
- 5 - threaded sleeve;
- 6 - driver airbag module;
- 7 - bolt Torx T30;
- 8 - bolt Torx T30;
- 9 - spiral spring;
- 10 - Torx key;
- 11 - steering wheel heating connector.
Location of elements of security systems in the cabin:
- 1 - airbag control module;
- 2 - front passenger airbag module;
- 3 - front passenger presence sensor;
- 4 - airbag module on the right;
- 5 - control of the right seat;
- 6 - left seat airbag module;
- 7 - airbag module on the left;
- 8 - diagnostic connector;
- 9 - spiral spring;
- 10 - driver airbag module.

Front Passenger Airbag Attachment:
- 1 - front passenger airbag;
- 2 - support bracket;
- 3 - mounting bracket;
- 4 - angle bracket;
- 5 - mounting bracket.
Head airbag unit:
- 1 - rack D;
- 2 - fuse;
- 3 - bolt;
- 4 - holding loop;
- 5 - head side airbag;
- 6 - handle adapter;
- 7 - latch;
- 8 - rack A;
- 9 - self-locking bolts;
- 10 - rack B;
- 11 - rack C;
- 12 - latch;
- 13 - bolt;
- 14 - electrical wiring connector;

Removing the side airbag unit.
Removing the security control unit.
1 . To remove the airbag unit, read and follow the safety instructions for handling the airbag.
2 . Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
3 . Isolate the battery terminals.
4 . Unlock the steering column adjustment mechanism.
5 . Extend the steering wheel ( 2 ) as far as possible and pull it up. Install vertically, refer to illustration Driver airbag .
6 . Remove one of the two Torx T30 screws ( 1 ).
7 . Turn the steering wheel half a turn back and remove the second Torx screw ( 1 ).
8 . Disconnect the airbag unit connector ( 4 ).
9 . Disconnect the horn connector ( 6 ).
10 . Lay down the airbag unit ( 5 ) with the impact side of the airbag facing up.
11 . To remove the airbag unit, dock connectors ( 4 ) and ( 6 ) and fix them with locking clips (a distinct click should be heard).
12 . Make sure that no cable is attached to the gas generator and that the cable is not pinched.
13 . Fold the airbag cable on the left into a loop.
14 . Loop the horn cable.
15 . Tighten the screws ( 1 ) to 7Nm, refer to illustration Driver airbag .
16 . Turn on the ignition.
17 . Connect the negative battery cable.
Warning:
When connecting the battery, people must not be inside the car.
