Removing and installing the front seat Nissan Note 2004 - 2012

Note:

The principle of removing the front seat on the Nissan Note is the same on both sides.

Removing the front seat Nissan Note

1. Disconnect the negative terminal wire from the battery.

2. Move the front seat all the way back.

3. Remove the two front decorative overlays of the seat guide sled.

4. Turn out 2 forward bolts of fastening of a slide of a seat to the basis of a body.

5. Then move the seat all the way forward.

6. Remove the two rear trims for the seat rails.

7. Turn out 2 back bolts of fastening of a slide of a seat to the basis of a body.

8. Tilt the front seat of the Nissan Note back. This will open access to the wiring harness pads.

9. Squeeze the latch and disconnect the wiring harness block from the seat heating block.

10. Squeeze the latch and disconnect the harness block from the seat belt signal lamp block.

11. Remove the Nissan Note seat and pull it out of the car. 

12.  Apply an anaerobic threadlocker to the seat bolts before installation. Install the seat in the reverse order of removal.
